Who We Are
FAP Tender Care LLC is an agency in the state of Colorado that is PASA-approved (Personal Approved Service Agency). We specialize in providing excellent and quality services, residential services, supported community connections, community connectors, PCA homes, and mentorship programs. Our services are accessible to the public.
We are passionate about caring for you and your families, which is why we accept waivers (DD). We are also a 501{C}{3} nonprofit agency committed to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and delays while helping their families overcome the impossibilities imposed upon them.
